A one-time setup fee of $200 and a $75 monthly subscription fee are required.

Payments are processed via stripe.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel the service at any time. However, refunds are not provided for setup fees or past payment and your website with us will be unpublished within 30 days and deleted after 90 days. We reserve the right to charge you an additional fee after missed payment of more than 30 days.

6. Intellectual Property

All content created remains the property of Forte Impresa until payment is received in full.

7. Limitation of Liability

Forte Impresa is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. The latest version will be posted on our website.
